If you have a return to process please contact hello@ltlbig.co.nz within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Returns must be made within 10 days of the original shipping date.

Returned goods must be received in perfect condition suitable to resell, this means the goods must be returned in the original packaging and/or with tags on to be eligible to receive an exchange or credit.

Ltl Big do not offer a refund on change of mind, however we do offer a store credit or an exchange provided the goods are unworn and fit for resell. 

Ltl Big do not cover the cost of return shipping and we recommend that you use tracked postage. Little Big do not take responsibility for items lost in the post. 

Faulty/ Damaged Items

Ltl Big pride ourselves on our product quality, our goods are thoroughly checked for faults and damage prior to being sent out to the customer. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or damaged item Ltl Big will honour the Consumer Guarantees Act, 1993, and provide a replacement or repair of the item.
